Our design process
Getting to know your story
Our process always begins with a conversation.
After your inquiry, we invite you to a Zoom call where we talk about your celebration, your setting, and the feeling you want to create.
We will also go through the pieces you may need, your inspiration, colour palette, and overall vision for the day.
Following our conversation, we will prepare a tailored proposal for your project.
Creating your concept
Once your project is booked, the creative process begins.
This stage includes the custom design process, where we develop your stationery from concept to final artwork. We explore illustration, typography, paper, colours, and layout to create a cohesive suite that feels personal and intentional.
Throughout the process, you will receive digital proofs and revisions until everything feels just right. We're with you every step of the way.
Print, assembly & delivery
Once the final proof is approved, production begins in our studio.
Each paper is cut by hand, invitations are assembled individually, and ribbons, liners, and details are carefully finished by us.
Your stationery is then carefully packaged and shipped from our studio in Sweden.

Our pricing
Each custom project includes a dedicated design process where we develop your stationery from concept to final artwork.
Pricing is based on the scope of your project, the pieces included and the level of detail involved. Once we understand your vision, we will provide a tailored proposal for your celebration.
To secure your project, we require a signed agreement and a design fee invoice.
Printed pieces are invoiced separately as they move into production. Since save the dates, invitations, and day-of stationery are often created and delivered at different stages, invoicing follows the natural timeline of the project.
