Welcome to tuulico. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Our Products All products are custom-made and personalised to your specifications. Product images shown in our store are examples only — your final product will reflect the personalisation details you provide.

Order Process Once your order is placed, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval. Production begins only after your written approval. Please allow 3 business days for proof delivery.

Production & Delivery Times Production typically takes 10 business days after proof approval. Delivery times vary by destination — please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated timeframes.

Pricing All prices are displayed in the currency of your region. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable under EU law. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

Intellectual Property All designs created by tuulico remain our intellectual property. By placing an order, you confirm that any text, names or content you submit does not infringe on third-party rights.

Governing Law These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts. EU consumers retain the rights granted to them under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
